Construction Division Manager
Scott is responsible for overseeing all aspects of EMCOR Services Combustioneer’s Construction Division. He works closely with the Sales team and project managers to ensure that customers receive the highest quality product and level of service possible. Having worked in many roles in the facilities industry, Scott has honed the skill set necessary to execute seamless projects, from sale to final turnover to the customer.
Scott has over 30 years of HVAC experience working in the commercial field as a union member of Steamfitters Local 602. After starting out in field operations, servicing and installing various types of HVAC equipment, Scott assumed increasing leadership roles. Prior to becoming Construction Division Manager, Scott served as Estimator and Project Manager at EMCOR Services Combustioneer, where he worked closely with the Sales team to identify the best value solution for each customer’s needs.
Scott is a 1997 graduate of the Local 602 Apprenticeship. He also has completed numerous continuing education courses, including NECA/MCA’s Comprehensive Project Management Training Program, Johnson Controls Training Institute’s Metasys HVAC ASC Engineering course, and the RSMeans Estimating Maintenance & Repair for Facilities course.
Scott is an avid sports fan, who enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, cooking, completing home improvement projects, and participating in outdoor activities.
